The Town House is of high quality located in a quiet part of town. With its large open plan living/dining room, it has a TV, DVD and a small selection of Films for entertainment as well as a few games and books to read. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen also has additional dining for 4 people.

The house sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with 4 double bedrooms having good wardrobe space and one bedroom having its own luxury en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to balconies. The complex also has a private swimming pool, tennis court and stone barbeques.

The house has underground parking with an incorporated and ever expanding games room for your enjoyment.

Whether you like wandering the historical cobbled streets of the old town while soaking up the local Portuguese sun and atmosphere or laying on the silver sands of one of Portugal 's top beaches, then Sao Martinho is the place for you.

In the summer the beach is full of activity, from water sports to beach aerobics or even reading a book in the shade of a beach hut.

You can also enjoy a walk along the promenade or cliff tops, or have a coffee on the beach front. There are plenty of Cafes and local boutiques.
